Southern Suns offers registration for both full teams and individual players into your chosen association and competition. Registrations are available twice each year, for the Summer and Winter seasons.
All teams and individual players must begin by completing the Application Form. Once your application is received, we will contact you to confirm entry details and submit your team or individual entry to the selected competition.

All players must register individually and pay a membership fee. Southern Suns will manage all team formation and competition allocations.
Fees vary depending on the competition and association and fall into one of two categories, based on how match fees are collected by the association:
💲Match Fee Inclusive ModelA single upfront fee covers all player costs for the entire season.No additional fees are payable during the season.
💲 Match Fee Excluded ModelA lower upfront registration fee is paid to Southern Suns to register the player and enter the team into the competition. Players then pay ongoing match fees each round, typically via an app-based payment system (such as TeamPay or Teammo) to the Team Manager.
Payment plans are available through PayPal Pay in 4, which is integrated into the PlayHQ registration process.
